HydroForce began because our founder kept getting called back to other people's failures. Bathrooms that were membraned and tiled on the same day. Showers where the waste was never connected to the membrane. Balconies with a set down so shallow the termination could never have worked. Almost none of it was a product problem. It was prep, detail and time, all three of which get cut when someone is racing a schedule.

So we built the business around the opposite approach. We inspect before we quote. We price honestly for the time the details actually take. We never tile over a membrane that has not been flood tested, and we will walk away from a job before we will apply a system outside its specification.

Today four crews cover Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the wider South East, working for residential builders, renovation contractors, strata managers, commercial fitout companies and plenty of homeowners managing their own project. The mix keeps us sharp: a homeowner wants to understand what they are paying for, and a builder wants their certificate before the tiler arrives. Both are reasonable, and we deliver both.
